Question: How is your CoC meeting the new HMIS requirements for Coordinated Entry which go into effect October 1? Are you creating a new CES program or are you embedding the CE data elements into existing programs? If you have already updated your HMIS to meet the new requirement, please share what your experience has been and any recommendations you have. Thanks!

Question: Greetings, Working on the first CESH program request for funding. Has anyone found any additional details on the 40% cap on operating support budget line and 40% cap on CESH allocation annually. CESH statues is vague, are there other resources to explain theses caps further? how did you set up the sub-recipients in light of the caps?

Does anyone have more details about the $50 million to lease rooms in hotels, motels, and other facilities in partnership with counties and cities to provide immediate isolation placements throughout the state for homeless individuals as noted in Executive Order? Please post comment if you do.

Question: Are you using HMIS to track COVID-related motel stays or other interventions? We are considering creating a isolation/quarantine program in our HMIS but are also hesitant to create more work for everyone. Please share how you are tracking your responses on a client-level.

Question: What do you have in place to facilitate data sharing between city/county departments? We are struggling to cross reference HMIS data with Public Health data due to HIPAA restrictions. We are trying to collaboratively identify the most vulnerable to place them in motels due to COVID-19.
